This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and right next to the US embassy. There are good restaurants nearby, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is great. there are some nice facilities, like a minibar and transportation to the airport.
The bathroom in the room is quite small and may be uncomfortable for some guests.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, making us feel really at home. Plus, the breakfast was really good and there were lots of options to choose from. the location was really convenient, close to some great restaurants and places to visit.
To be honest, the room was pretty disappointing. It was really small and felt quite cramped, especially with all our luggage.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was in a very safe and posh area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. the hotel was very close to the US embassy, great. One more thing that really impressed me was the cleanliness of the hotel. It was very well maintained and the staff were always sweeping and cleaning.
It was all superb.

I spent my Xmas in this hotel and it was amazing! The rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and the internet connection was reliable and fast. The location was perfect, right near all the main attractions and walking distance from the metro station. The view from the window was also a great plus, especially during the holiday season.
That the rooms were a bit small, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal because I wasn't really experiencing Bogota from my room. I can't really think of anything else negative to say about this place.
